To order materials, please download and print our order form. This form is in PDF format, which requires the free Adobe Reader to view. Click here to get the Acrobat Reader.

You may order materials by phone by calling the W.O.W. office at 405-440-2050 or faxing your order form to 405-440-2058.

Or, you can print and mail the order form to the W.O.W. office with payment to:

Please include your email address so that we can confirm that we received your order. If you do not get a confirmation email within a week, please call our office. Church groups may request billing for charges. For individuals, payment is due with the order either by check or credit card.

Do you receive the following error when trying to open our order form?

"There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding."

If you receive this error while trying to open our order form, you need to upgrade to Adobe Reader version 6 or above. Uninstall any older version of Acrobat Reader, reboot your computer, and then install the updated version, which is available for download here. See instuctions below.

UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS: To uninstall the old version, click the "Start" menu and go to your control panel. Select the icon that says "add or remove programs." Select "Adobe Acrobat Reader" and click "remove." Allow the program to uninstall itself. Once finished, reboot your computer and download the updated Adobe Reader here.
